The calculator uses gross area per regular space, not just painted-stall area. Enter the accessible count from current local requirements or use the separate accessible-space calculator.
Gross-space factor
The layout factor includes an allowance for parking stalls and drive aisles.
Accessible reservation
Larger spaces and access aisles are reserved explicitly rather than treated as regular stalls.
Important: This is a feasibility estimate. Final capacity requires a surveyed site plan, turning checks, zoning, accessibility, fire, drainage and entrance review.
