How to use this result

Calculate each parking facility as required by the applicable rule. The presets are early planning aids and do not cover every building use, local bylaw or special facility.

U.S. preset

Uses the general ADA parking table and rounds the van-accessible share up to at least one of every six accessible spaces.

Ontario preset

Uses the off-street planning formula and separates Type A and Type B spaces; local bylaws or special conditions may require more.

Manual preset

Lets the user enter a local percentage, minimum and larger-space share when another jurisdiction applies.
